Swim Like A Fish
The boys took swimming lessons this week. They are turning into little fish after having lessons for the last several years and having our own pool where they get lots of practice. Their favorite part is always at the end when they get to go off the diving board.
A few fun dives...
And then a proper dive each...

Baseball Awards
Their regular seasons are over. Cordell's team won first.
Ayden's team tied for first. Looks like both boys will be going on to play in the district tournament.

Safe
Safe!
I have this really bad habit of getting into the game and watching. I miss all those great moments with my camera. Ayden keeps telling me to get a picture of him sliding. I finally did it.

He got Most Outstanding, Boys PE Award, Boys Music Award, and Perfect Attendance for the year. Way to go Ayden!

Dudley and Ranger
Meet Sutton's new kitties - Dudley and Ranger.
The kitties are a little nervous about the situation,
but Sutton loves his new pets.

Super Cool Kid
Sutton was playing outside and found himself some super cool glasses (Lol!) that belong to "the brothers." His mouth is dirty from a recent snack, and he's dragging the cat around. This is real life around my house! Love this crazy kid!
When he talks about Cordell, Ayden, and Blake in a group, he just calls them "the brothers." I think that is just too stinkin' cute.

Ayden and His Critters
Have you noticed that there are a few
caterpillars and butterflies this year?
Well, Ayden certainly has!
And a little snake.
Thank goodness it was dead and not poisonous!
And a bunny. I was getting ready to go somewhere, when Ayden came in and told me he had caught a bunny. I turned around to find him holding this.
He said it was hopping around by the garage. I'm guessing it was the cat's lunch.
Like Lyndell said, "I guess that will teach the cat not to play with her food!"
Ayden carried it around all day in an Easter basket. At the end of the day, he took it outside to play, and it hopped away.
Thank goodness! We don't need any more critters around here.

Coloring Easter Eggs
The yearly tradition of coloring eggs...
In the end, I'm not sure where most of the dye wound up -
on the kids or on the eggs?
