Bye Bye Baby Curls

Guess Who Got A Haircut????

Yes, It was time for that first haircut.  The barber shop was not busy and it was raining outside, so we decided it was a perfect day.

Bye Bye Sweet, Little, Baby Curls.
This is one of those bittersweet moments.  It is amazing what a difference it makes in the appearance of a little guy.

He was happy the whole time.  We just had a bit of trouble keeping him still, but it only took....

two crazy brothers attention,

watching the dog lick the screen of my iphone,

getting to chew on momma's keys,

sitting in granny's lap, Pat playing with him,
and about 6 pairs of hands!

But it was a success in the end.  Meet my new little man...

Isn't he handsome!

Brotherly Love

While we were eating lunch today, Cordell out of the blue told us that he did not want to give his kidneys away.  I asked him why he would say such a thing.  He said that he just didn't want to give his kidneys to someone that needed them.

I explained to him that he would not need to give away a kidney, and that most of the timeyou give an organ to someone in your family that needs one.

I was going to give him an example, so I asked him if Ayden needed a kidney what would he do?  I sat there expecting this sweet brotherly love answer.  He piped right in and said, "well, I'd give him.....

yours!

Friday! Friday!

Pep Rally
The Pile Up!  Blake is down there somewhere on the bottom.
Sutton dressed and ready for the game.
And he is off!
Come on mom that's enough pictures, let's go!
The game was a tough one.  Cisco beat Comanche 33-28.  The game started late due to lightning and an hour delay.  Even though it lasted until about 11:30, Sutton stayed awake for the whole game.  I guess he just wanted to tell his big brother, "good job!"
