Fun On The Fourth

4th of July Fun!!

Sutton throwing poppers

Ayden and Cordell got to play with firecrackers.
Look at Ayden's feet.  He made sure he could get away,
and I mean far away fast!

Cordell - 2 at a time and avoiding my pictures.

Sutton did not like the noise!
I had to eventually take him in the house.  Lyndell was helping the boys set them off.  Sutton asked me,
"Why is daddy scaring momma's boy?"

Explaining to daddy why firecrackers are scary

I wanted a picture of the boys in their 4th of July shirts.  It was a little bit bright.  Can you tell?  Ha ha!  I insisted though, because they were about to change to swim suits.
(Blake was gone to the lake with family.)

Swim Time!

Here is Mr. Cool.

Sutton enjoyed getting everyone wet!  It did not matter if you wanted to be wet or not.  Only the little one can get away with that!

Football - Cordell, Ayden, & Thomas

Catch Me, JoAnn!

Everybody In - All the Water Out!

Fireworks and Fun

Sparklers!!!

Sutton liked them as long as he
was in JoAnn's lap with her holding them.
He cried and cried at the
beginning of the fireworks, but he soon
 decided he liked them
and totally enjoyed the rest of the show!

Waffles and Glue

Poor little Sutton has been sick. He's had strep throat plus the side effect of an upset tummy. He is finally feeling better but still having some tummy problems. I have tried real hard to watch what he ate today. He has begged for milk and cheese. I finally convinced him to eat crackers. Of course, then he decided he wanted butter on them. He ate an apple and some toast. He asked for a waffle for supper and I decided it would not be bad. I handed him the waffle. He then started telling me he needed glue. I asked him what in the world he needed glue for. He said, "I got to make it sticky!". Lol! I think he wanted syrup.

Wrestling = Tooth Fairy

Looks like the Tooth Fairy will be visiting our house tonight!
Cordell and Ayden were wrestling and that loose tooth came right out.  Ayden will be a little bit richer in the morning!

Cordell Turns 10

Celebrating a 10th Birthday - Double Digits - Wow!

Cordell got to have our first pool party!  14 friends came to celebrate with him.  I am very sad that I did not get very many pictures.  We were busy watching the pool.
He had a great time though!
